PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Given the sensitive nature of the work we do and the high level of trust, it requires our clients to place in us, clients can be assured of absolute privacy when working with us. We strictly adhere to emphasize confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.

METHODS & TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, or UPI. Payment is due in full at the completion of each organising session.
Billable services will include, but not be limited to, meetings at a client’s home, office, or place of business, phone consultations (beyond the client’s free initial phone consultation), electronic communication, and off-site work on a client’s behalf.
All agreed-upon materials (such as file folders, labels, labeling tape, storage containers, etc.) required for the project's completion are the clients' financial responsibility.
Either we will offer advice on what supplies should be bought, and the client will go shopping, or we will go shopping and buy the goods without the client present, and then we will arrange for the products to be delivered to the client's location.
Our standard hourly rate applies for shopping.
MINIMUM HOURS PER APPOINTMENT
Each appointment must last a minimum of four hours. In our experience, setting up shorter sessions does not result in the best outcomes.
We value your time greatly, and we are aware that you feel the same way. When a customer makes an appointment with us, that time slot is set aside just for them and is no longer available for use by anyone else. Please kindly give at least 2 working days notice if a client needs to cancel or change an appointment for any reason other than a genuine emergency or severe illness so that others may benefit from the unused time.
CONTROL & ACCESS TO THE JOB SITE
Clients agree to give us access to and control over the job site(s) for the duration of the work for the team to perform.
PERFORMANCE & DELIVERY GUARANTEE
Unless otherwise agreed, clients must participate in organising sessions and assist with tasks.
Nothing will be disposed of without the client's consent. The client always makes the final decision, even though we may offer advice. Therefore, the customer is liable for any loss or damage brought on by the throwing away or eradicating of any records or personal belongings. The client consents to make the final judgments regarding the disposition of the items.
We agree to implement the proposed solutions within a reasonable period of time, as discussed with the client.
We aim to achieve a client satisfaction rate of 100 percent. It is our obligation to assess your situation, teach you useful new skills, and assist you in making the desired improvements. We will arrange a complimentary session to make any necessary adjustments if we are unable to live up to any reasonable expectations.
After the session has ended, all claims must be made in writing within two business days. Emails should be sent to email@example.com explaining in detail what tasks or portions of the project were not finished or carried out effectively.
If a claim is not submitted within two business days, it is assumed that the client approves the work in its entirety.
In carrying out all of our obligations, we will exercise reasonable care. Any harm to a client's personal property that is not the direct consequence of our gross negligence will not be covered by us. If necessary, clients must provide a list of specific objects they do not want us or our agent to handle or move.
Clients agree to limit aggregate liability to the amount of fees charged.
We reserve the right to end an organising project at any time if we believe the working conditions are unsafe, if clients aren't abiding by the terms of their contract with us (by failing to pay, etc.), or if we are unable to provide the services requested by clients due to circumstances beyond our control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Clients acknowledge and agree not to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
PHOTOGRAPHS & TESTIMONIALS
Customers grant us permission to use their testimonials and before and after pictures of their location that were taken with their consent in our marketing materials, which may include print and online advertising, without compensating them. Clients will be referred to by their first name, last name, and location, or an alias if chosen and requested. We guarantee that at no time will your testimonial, images, or name be used to support illegal or immoral behaviors, including—but not limited to—sending unsolicited emails, actions intended to slander, humiliate, abuse, or hurt others or any form of hate crime. Your private information will never be distributed or sold.
